The Eco Club of Mount Carmel School, Sector 69, Mohali celebrated World Earth Day in the school on 22nd April.
The students of Class IX and X of Mount Carmel School, Mohali went to the Tagore Theatre Sector-18, Chandigarh to attend the event “Mission Salamati”.

The Eco Club of Mount Carmel School, Sector 69, Mohali celebrated World Earth Day in the
school on 22 nd April to demonstrate support for environmental protection.
Pari Singh of class X delivered a speech in the morning assembly highlighting the cause of
environmental problems and how we can protect our mother earth to save mankind as the
theme for “World Earth Day” 2019 is ”Protect Our Species”.
Poster Making Competition was organised to bring awareness amongst the students about the
importance of saving our mother earth from pollution for our existence. The students of classes
VI to X took part in the competition with great enthusiasm.
