Teacher’s day was celebrated in Mount Carmel School, Mohali with great joy and enthusiasm. A scintillating cultural programme was put up by the students to show their love, respect, acknowledgement and recognition of the hard work put up by the teachers towards their development. The students did all the preparations with complete energy and excitement. Students sang wonderful songs, recited stupendous poems and presented amazing dance performances .They also entertained teachers by arranging fun games for them.

The students made great efforts and ensured that teachers enjoyed every minute. A range of activities were also held for the students wherein the students showcased their creativity and made various things for their teachers. They gifted beautiful handmade cards, bookmarks, Photo Albums, bouquet of flowers, bracelets, folders etc to their teachers. The teachers were overwhelmed on seeing the passion and love of the students. Principal, Mrs. Ruth Thomas thanked and blessed the students encouraging them to implement all values instilled in them , thus giving a true tribute to their mentors and urged her teachers to fuel teaching with passion , philosophy, values and ethics. The programme came to an end with the National Anthem
