For the enhancement of the quality of education and to promote self-improvement and
collaborative growth, Mount Carmel School, Mohali organized a Science & Social Science
Exhibition under Hubs of Learning programme initiated by CBSE. In the exhibition, Genius
International Public School Ropar, DAV Model School, Kurali, National Public School,  Kurali,
Netaji Model School, Ropar and Mount Carmel School, Mohali participated. The students of
these schools presented their models on the topics like Rainwater Harvesting, Physical Features
of India, Working Model of Lift , Working model of Wind Power. The students explained their
beautifully made models with great confidence. This programme gave them the opportunity to
interact with each other.

The aim of the Hubs of Learning programme is to create an ecosystem for schools to effectively
take up all round self improvement. This collaboration not only allowed exposure to the best
practices of the schools  but also the possibility of adaptation or replication of these practices.
This was indeed a great opportunity for student learning teacher learning, joint activities,
resource sharing etc.
