In a proactive effort to instill environment consciousness among young minds, Mount Carmel School, Mohali organised special assembly for the students of class 3 centred around the imperative topic “Save Trees”. The assembly served as a platform to enlighten the students about the critical role trees play in sustaining life in our planet and pressing need to conserve them. Children sensitized every one to the alarming rate of deforestation and its detrimental effects on the environment.
The School Principal Mrs. Jasleen Kaur Sabharwal, emphasized on the school’s educational philosophy of nurturing each child’s individuality and fostering their confidence. She said that school strive to create an environment where individual traits are not only recognised but celebrated.
