Children’s Day was celebrated at Mount Carmel School, Mohali on 14 th November, 2019 with great
enthusiasm. Celebrations began with a special morning assembly followed by a surprise felicitation of
the bright students in different academic spheres which further enlightened their spirits. Various
activities, which included ‘Best Out of Plastic Waste’ and a visit to ‘Chappar Chiri’ for different classes
were conducted. The day ended with a cheerful and enthusiastic atmosphere that filled every heart with
an optimistic outlook. Principal Mrs. Ruth Thomas addressed the children and encouraged them to
dream big to be well-disciplined and to work hard.
