A workshop based on Stress Management was conducted by Chandigarh University in Mount Carmel
School, Sector 69, Mohali. The students of Classes IX and X participated in this workshop. This workshop
helped the students understand how they can handle stress better, especially during the examination.
Stress was laid on the following points i.e. to exercise regularly, learn to study more effectively and to
study regularly as well as to the best of their ability. They were also informed about the negative effects
of stress and the importance of managing stress.
It was an enlightening workshop for the students and a learning experience for each one of them.
