The Heritage Club of Mount Carmel School, Mohali organized a short educational trip to Sukhna Lake for the students of Classes IX and X to create awareness about the rich heritage of our country .They had made beautiful placards displaying the importance of preserving the rich heritage that our country possesses. The students marched towards the regulator end of the Lake displaying their placards. As an essential part of this trip, they were made aware about the use and functioning of the Sukhna Spillway and the dam. The students enjoyed this educational field trip to the Sukhna Lake as they learnt about our precious heritage with great interest and enthusiasm.
