In a dazzling display of talent and unity, Mount Carmel School, Mohali celebrated its 11th Founders’ and Annual Day on 29.11.2023 at Tagore Theatre. The event was graced by the Chief Guest Ms. Chandra Jyoti Singh(IAS), SDM, S.A.S Nagar, Mohali. The event was enhanced by respected Founders and Directors Dr. Annie Charles Samuel and Dr. Earnest Charles J Samuel and Dr. Parveena John Singh, Principal Mount Carmel School, Chandigarh and Coordinating Principal of Mount Carmel Schools, Mrs. Rashmi I Rafi, Principal Mount Carmel School, Zirakpur and Mrs. Jasleen Kaur Sabharwal, Principal Mount Carmel School, Mohali. The Annual Function was based on the theme ‘Progressive India.’ The evening started with Scripture Reading followed by Prayer Dance. The program showcased vibrant performances, acknowledging India’s strides in Education, Politics, Economy, Agriculture, Defence, Sports, Health, Culture and Science and Technology. From awe-inspiring dance sequences to insightful skits, students depicted the nation’s journey towards innovation and inclusivity. The annual function was a testament to our commitment to nurturing young minds for a future that echoes the vibrancy and progress of our great nation. The Chief Guest also shared her inspiring and motivating thoughts with the audience. Respected Founders and Directors Dr. Anne Charles Samuel and Dr. Earnest Charles J Samuel addressed the audience and put the emphasis on the commitment to embrace knowledge, nurture curiosity and to contribute to a future that reflects the spirit of a Progressive India.
